KATHMANDU: The eighth Real Estate Expo 2020 is to take place from April 16 to 19 at Bhrikutimandap. Organised by Nepal Housing and Land Developers’ Association, which is the apex industry body representing housing and land developers in Nepal, the expo this year will be jointly managed by two well known companies namely, MICE International Service and Synthesis Exhibitions & Events. More than 100,000 visitors are expected to observe the event.
The association believes that this eight Real Estate Expo will a one-stop meeting point of developers and consumers whereby developers showcase their new products to the consumers and the latter receive sufficient information on the entire ecosystem of the housing and land development sec-tor for Nepal.
While the core focus of the expo is on the real estate market and home buyers in Nepal, the event will also cover the entire gamut of real estate sector, such as commercial and business property, architecture, construction, building, engineering, participation of national and international exhibitors, as well as banking and insurance companies.
